To ensure full transparency, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Because some of our plushie and jelly bags feature hand-finished 3D details, we take extra care in packing them securely.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders!
Because our products are shipped from our international fulfillment center in Asia directly to your door, shipping times vary by location.
Here are the estimated transit times:
- Japan & South Korea: 5 to 8 business days
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7 to 12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 to 15 business days

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[Lilychuu] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, because our items are low-value accessories, customs fees are rarely an issue for our customers.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [lilychuu01@gmail.com] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
